Money cannot be transferred from an NRO account freely the way it can be from an NRE account. However, for your pension amount, you can remit this after tax thereon is paid. You will be required to submit Form 15CA and Form 15CB. Note that Form 15CB is in effect a certificate from an Indian Chartered Accountant – so you will have to contract an accountant to fill and sign the certificate for you.
